1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Majesta Health's website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Services Description
Majesta Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for weight management consultations and GLP-1 medication prescriptions. We are not a pharmacy, insurance company, or replacement for emergency medical care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our Services. You must provide accurate and complete health information. Providing false or misleading health information may result in termination of your account.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Majesta Health facilitates access to licensed healthcare providers but does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made by independent licensed physicians. A prescription is not guaranteed — physicians may determine that GLP-1 treatment is not appropriate for your situation.
5. Subscription and Billing
Our Services are offered as a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
If your physician determines you are not a candidate for GLP-1 treatment after reviewing your assessment, you will receive a full refund. Once medication has been shipped, refunds are not available for that billing period.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice for information on how we handle your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majesta Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
